Title:
Break Free of Bleak House
I was struck by your story
and all the gory details it entailed.
You were failed.
How could anyone live in depredation
yet still have the determination
to carry on alone?
But why stay there?
It’s bare, and boarded, and desolate.
Surely you have regrets?
Or are you resolute
to camp as a tramp?
Freed from one prison
you live in another.
Take heed, and recover your life.
Life can be bleak, but by choice,
why as bleak as yours?
I was struck by your story;
I wanted to shout,
so here goes,
“Break free of Bleak House!”
