Title:
One Fell Out of the Cuckoo's Nest
I didn't count on you being a liar.
That much I know is true.
If I was running true to form
I'd have got the measure of you.
I didn't count on you being a liar
It left me in a tizz.
You must be so bland and needy
like a lemonade without the fizz.
I didn't count on you being a liar
You're such a cut below.
I expected you to be honest.
'Cuckoo Land' is not somewhere that I know.
I didn't count on you being a liar
My sister says you're a clot.
As for me I found you strange,
but I don't know a man who's not.
I didn't count on you being a liar
but it made me really think.
Nothing but nothing is as it seems
and now - I've turned to drink!
