Title: Tears Came Raining

Stargazing, am I forever, seeing poet friends lost and found in my permanent state of daydream and sleepwalking on the way to supermarket Back to this real deal life where you pay in cash, or credit, cash and carry.

Yeah, come as you are, pay as you go.

Blame it on the supermarket. I was driving there and the rain came down with light and tears. No reason they just play their lousy shop-it-all songs and the soul food bar is forever closed.

"That's how it goes" and "who said that it would be easy". Sayings are too many to be true. Struggling with fight and flight response, when I'd just rather fly away. "Tears come down / forgive this dirty town..." Making Music album playing in the car. The sky is crying because it is too full and that is why tears here rain too. Emotional quota too full, it is brimming and "bubbling over", like Stephanie once said.

And old me has her head above water, no more breakers to add to the brimming too full. Is that mission accomplished, if I write non-inspirational raindrops and pour them over your heads? Go, don't think, wear the uniform of everybody else doing their damn shopping to bad music - muzak - and fade to grey. Bridge. Fade to grey. Fade to grey.

What? Not!!! I am just gonna lift the anchor once more, stormy sky or not, and write it all down, hide like in the womb, in the warm sheltering eye of the storm soon to hit my home and blast the screen near you.
