Title:
Whether the Weather Be
As English Summer sizzles
so English people sigh
It's far too hot we grumble
Our dams are running dry
Our gardens are all wilting
And we're pretty much the same
This air is far too heavy
Hot nights drive us insane
Hot is what we expire to
Cool is what we aspire to
Except of course when it's raining
Then we excel at our complaining
