Men Will Always Go To War
Men will always go to war.
It’s so much more than just a territorial thing.
It’s do as I say and sing as I sing.
It’s pray where I pray, it’s behave as I do.
It’s this land is mine and not open to you.
Men will always go to war.
It’s ‘fight the good fight’ and then set alight
as much as you can. Go ahead man.
It’s rant and it’s rage; it’s sanctioned carnage.
With your gun and your bomb, go join the blockage.
Men will always go to war.
and retrospectively declare what the fighting was for.
The only weapons of mass destruction are men
forever taunting their opposition to battle again.
Masculine altercation leads duly to annihilation.
