Title: Thanks for nothing

You sent us off to fight them

Then as we came back home

We found our garden full of shit

And wildly overgrown

Did Sunday wake you Gordon ?

Did you wonder what you've done ?

As the Heroes of the past

Blinked in the morning sun

You treat us like we're stupid

You and the B.B.C.

Your Liberal sense of right and wrong

Has turned the gun on me

Yet you still wear a Poppy

And spout your words of fear

"The Radicals are with us now "

But you welcomed them here

When did our Jews or Hindus

Our Buddhists or our Sikhs

Attack us in our green fields

Or bomb us on our streets

We never hear of Cyprus

Just Israel and Palestine

You keep us scared and keep them fed

To tow your party line

I want to see some hanging

But Gordon lets be fair

The only ones worth hanging

Are you and Bush and Blair
