Title:
Purple-leaved orange disease
I once met an orange with purpley leaves,
Who cycled beside me and asked if I’d please
Spare a penny for purple-leaved orange disease.
I looked in my pocket for a penny donation,
But all that I found was a button with lace on.
“A button is fine,” said that fruit from the Cape,
And then cycled off with an orange-leaved grape.
