Title:
The Rose.
Sweetly grows the fragrant rose, warmed by each passing day. Abundant comfort to my eyes as summer sun holds sway.
''Tis shaded by the apple tree, white jewelled in the sun. A harbour and a sanctuary, to seek when day is done. 'Twas gifted by my mother, then planted with my love. Nourished by an angel's tears from heaven high above.
Stronger as each season comes, grown deeper in the earth. Each tiny bud more precious than all man's gold is worth.
