Title:
The playful pachyderms
Elephants amble, trample, shamble;
swaying, awaying in swirling dust.
Maternal trunks touching, motherly a-tangle.
Pantechnicans crumbling earth's carapaced crust.
Dunking their trunks in the tumbled-weed water hole,
wallowing wisely, wetly serene.
Floundering, flourishing, blustering belly-rolls -
elephants lumbering - a Pachyderm dream.
