Title:
Summer mornings
There is a quiet joy in the stillness, awakening at half-past four. The stillness mantles roses, webs deftly holding dew that quivers luminous on grasses.
Even the ecstatic blackbird has not yet filled his brazen breast with morning air. His carillon is yet to come in honour of the moment night and day meet.
As he breaks the silence the world awakens. Is there magic in this moment? Does the blackbird know, in his feathered breast, the very moment when to sing, releasing the cacophony of life?
