What's all this fuss about Hallowe'en?
It's enough to make you shiver.
Tell you what; I think it's just
some marketing guy, got clever.
Hallowe'en masks, Hallowe'en bangles.
Hallowe'en sweets, Hallowe'en candles.
Hallowe'en cards, Hallowe'en hats,
Hallowe'en parties, Hallowe'en Tw.ts!
What's all this fuss about Hallowe'en?
It's enough to make you shiver.
Tell you what; I think it's just
some marketing guy, got clever.
In my day, this was Spud-Picking week
and if we were lucky we got a turnip too.
We'd scoop it out, drop a candle in
and on Hallowe'en night we'd say 'Wooooo'!
