Red Nose Day poem
Dedicated to the Medical Team that remove cateracts.
What is it about noses
that makes better print than toeses.
One supposes
that one sees more noses than toeses.
Red toeses would be fanciful
when being inside slippers,
and sometimes as onerous as kippers -
so back to noses -
forget the toeses.
Wear glowing noses, red like roses.
Help all thoses
with shoeless toeses
forget their woeses
and see those noses -
perhaps for the very first time.
Lets hope that is how it goeses!
