Title:
Hunger
After taking a break from the hunt I was told it was time. They said a Gemini in his prime was a match for my temper, an option to be tried. Most other types had been tested failed and long forgotten. The last one who was quite like me, who quite liked me, was done and gone a year before. It was time, I agreed. The Gemini man was handsome and tall. Big hands, and most important of all, I admired his hunger. He took me to meet his mother, but in the end he was not unlike the others. I was beginning to wonder why I bother. Still, I refused to give in. So I joined the internet dating site. My best smile was on display for the world to enjoy. My students found it before I found anyone, though. I heard the end of it in the end, thank God. -A hungry heart is a nuisance you know.
