Title:
Twice as Ice
What a wonderful icy morning
My car adorned by frost.
Tricky to see through the window
But so pretty, it's hard to be cross.
What a chilly wintry lunch-time
I'm on dinner duty in the play-ground.
I've got my scarf and gloves on
The kids keep warm dashing around.
But what amazes me this afternoon
As I drink my cup of tea
Is that although it's well below zero
The kids are slurping ice lollies with glee!
