Title:
Tear of Fear
I don't know where I am, what world that I'm in I'm afraid to come out of this cacoon that I spin All alone and afraid of every sound that I hear All alone with just me and my tear of fear. Lost and confused I reach for some sense Of where I might be or who I am I need someone to tell me which way to go This place I'm in I really don't know. Each song that I hear and each sign that I see Give me some kind of clue of just where I might be So lost in the darkness my path I can't find Please show me the road to my peaceful mind. I don't know where I am, what world that I'm in I'm afraid to come out of the cacoon that I spin All alone and afraid of every sound that I hear All alone with just me and my tear of fear. Blue and red wires all tangled and meshed This branding of art up and down my flesh Thoughts jumbled and mixed up, all stuck in my head Disconnected from life from which I fled. My voice, it tells me of fear and dispair Mistrust those closest especially my mare Reprogrammed it told me to run and hide But she held me close the night I cried. I don't know where I am, what world that I'm in I'm afraid to come out of this cacoon that I spin All alone and afraid of every sound that I hear All alone with just me and my tear of fear, All alone with just me and my tear of fear.
