Rain is life's blood; we all need it to rain.

Rain is what makes our planet habitable

We want it to rain, but not all the time

It doesn't seem to stop.

The reservoirs are full so we don't need any for a while.

2008 is the year it seems to have rained for the whole spring and summer

Or so it feels

We should be thankful for rain, but

Rain is grey

Grey is depressing

Happiness is what we need

Too much rain and too little happiness are bedfellows

Redress the balance

And stop raining for at least a while.
