paul was feeling very bored,
he prayed for some distraction
his wishes didn`t go to plan.
Result? A chain reaction!

Paul is hiding in his house,
Paul is in a state
with fifteen vestal virgins
all hanging round his gate.

Paul is even worse now
he`s falling on the floor
as fifteen vestal virgins
are breaking down the door.

Paul is in the doghouse,
he`s fighting for his life,
for next one through the broken door
is Faith, his furious wife!

Gashes, cuts and bruises
have left Paul feeling sore.
his erstwhile lurid wishes-
abandoned, evermore.

Moral

Beware of idle fancies,
don`t wish for them at all
or you may end up battered
and feeling much like Paul.
